Because of who he is the Holy Spirit knows us intimately:

He understands our intellect. He gets you.

He understands our emotion.

He understands our will.

He understands our desires.

He knows our shortfalls and how to intercede for us.

He always responds to us in love, yet we still find ourselves resisting him because we just don't know him well enough. May we get to know him and to trust him such that we don't hesitate to run into his open arms.
