A lovely and very personal discussion with two of my friends and peers, about their own personal journeys with grief.  I know its not very festive, but I do think it is one emotion that is not discussed enough, and at this time of year it does often feel more overwhelming.  The journey with grief is so personal to each and every one of us, and the emotions that we feel are so unique, but whatever you are feeling, allow yourself to honour and embrace that experience.  You have to find your own personal path, but there is always help and assistance out there for you, and all three of us can assist or just be a ear to listen.  All of our contact details are down below xx
