This episode discusses how motivation and systems interact and shares anecdotes on why systems are necessary for you to continue any pursuit in your life.
Just as a personal note for those following the Personal Process Podcast's journey, this was the first episode that we scripted, I think it was a lot more concise and powerful than all other episodes so far, if you think you personally enjoyed the scripted content more or less, let me know on any of the socials... Do you suffer from social anxiety? Is meeting new people difficult for you? In this episode, I share my secrets for how I can meet people in various contexts and connect with them in a fun and memorable way!
As someone who has been to 7 different schools prior to the age of 18, meeting new people has been my reality for many years. At this point, the fear of meeting new people is very minor and in fact I enjoy it (check out episode 46, for how you can become interested in meeting anyone as well).
I share the secrets that I have taken for granted and that you can use to get ahead of your challenges with social anxiety. If this has been an issue for you this is a must see episode.

In this episode we explore our guest: AK's challenge with anxiety. This exploration includes how he discovered he had anxiety, and the resources he used (one being journaling for example) to combat this opponent. We get real in this episode and it is jam packed with goodies and some tangents on just how to be the best version of ourselves, even in days that don't go our way.

Life happens, you get older, changes in your life cause your past to be just a memory. These changes can cause anxiety, fear, and stress. This video shares one of these stories I have and a message I have to share. This is the first personal podcast of this season and there will be an update to the video, ultimately I'm glad for this full podcast, but there are some thoughts I share on future episodes.
