In this episode, we dive into a letter I wrote for myself. The last few months have been really hard for me. Having health issues, losing my relationship of over 2 years, and losing best friends I thought I would have for the rest of my life. What comes next covers what I think will come next for me and I hope it inspires you a little bit on the way. 

Grief I've learned is really just love. It's all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and the hallowed part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go. Join me on this episode as I explore my own grief after having lost my brother suddenly. 

In this episode, we focus on 2020 and all the shit that has come with it. We take a look into the harsh realities that we have had to face and acknowledge.  This year has been the only one where we faced the most traumatic events together as humans but the real questions lie in whether we are smart enough to continue that trend or if we go back to our old ways.
