Goshka Alvary is a Perth Hills based Physiotherapist with a story.

Originally from Poland, Goshka came to Australia with her family, aged 9, without even speaking English. 

Starting out as a Personal Trainer, Goshka was so fascinated by the functioning of the human body that she trained and qualified as a physiotherapist.

Having lived in USA for 16 years and with two degrees under her belt, Goshka is now a single mum to two teens, a hobby-farmer and busy physiotherapist who loves to work with women, particularly in the area of peri/menopause and the challenges that this time of life can present in the body.
