23 min - Ep. 4 - how to find healing through Journaling
Hi beautiful humans! In this week's episode, I talk about all things journaling. Listen as I share some of my favorite journal entries and reflect back on different phases in my life! Some of the topics discussed include:
- reading through my journal entries
- the benefits of journaling
- sharing some of my favorite journal prompts
I hope that by sharing some of my journal entries it can inspire any one of you out there who is either struggling to cope with their mental health, looking for another outlet if therapy isn't a real option for you, or if you just want to have a precious collection of entries that your older self can reflect and look back on. Jounaling has helped me in so many ways and I'm grateful that I have versions of my past/younger myself to share with my older self and my future kids.Thank you so much for listening! I hope this helps and talk to you all soon! -Amanda 🌻Keep up with the pod here: https://instagram.com/moonandsuncatalog?igshid=MDM4ZDc5MmU=If you want to send a private message or podcast episode request, use this email: [email protected]40 min - Ep.3 - changing the narrative on our 20'sYour 20's are calling and with it comes....peace! Often times, society places huge expectations that push us into deep thought about how to make the second decade of your life, the most defining one yet. But what if I told you that this time of your life, can be the most fun and peaceful phase of your life? While it's important to start aligning your life goals into the categories associated with success (career, relationships, life purpose, etc), it's also important to note that your 20's should be a time of getting to truly know and understand the biological chemistry of who you are, what drives you, and how your past experiences have affected the way you perceive yourself in the present and in the future. Join me on today's episode, where I discuss the ways in which we should change the narrative surrounding our 20's into a positive phase of life full of getting acquainted with who you are and who you want to become!Thank you so much for listening and don't forget to follow the pod here: https://instagram.com/moonandsuncatalog?igshid=MDM4ZDc5MmU=40 min
