So, there is a ton of uneasiness, stress and for some a little anxiety surrounding the Coronavirus and a lot of it comes from not knowing a lot about the virus. So, I decided to do a special podcast on "How to Protect Ourselves, Our Family, and Our Community Concerning the Coronavirus. And I have a special guest, who is also a dear friend, who did an excellent job explaining the virus and giving us a few tips to protect ourselves (as much as we can). Today's guest, Dr. Kathlene Babalola, is originally from Washington, DC and is a graduate of Morgan State University. Prior to embarking on a career in medicine, Dr. Babalola worked as a drug metabolism scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. She obtained her MS in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center specializing in Emergency Medicine. She currently practices as an Emergency Medicine physician in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Listen we have a great discussion regarding the Coronavirus.
