The PFPN

In this episode, we celebrate the holiday season with a legitimate Christmas film that's not horror-related!? Okay, but this is still Genre Exposure, so you know it's going to be weird somehow. Drama, romance, comedy, musical numbers, tokusatsu effects and more! So join us as we hit up one last feature from Japan this year and dive back into the filmography of Sion Sono and check out one of his prolific 2015 releases: Love & Peace. But before we gush over Kaiju Pikadon and the true meaning of Christmas, we dish on some recent watches and share some of our favorite holiday themed flicks that we tend to return to each year. And so much more!

This week we get together to talk about Brett's pick, the 2001 under-appreciated comedy Out Cold

A snowboarder's plans for his own snowboard park go awry when an ex-girlfriend returns to town.

It’s that time again! In our annual Top 5 Toys of 2025 episode, Jason and Elgn each break down the five standout releases that ruled their shelves this year. From instant classics to surprise hits, we’re talking design, nostalgia, playability, and why these pieces rose above the rest in an absolutely stacked year for toy collectors. Agree with our picks or not, this one always sparks debate—let’s count ’em down! Then we talk about Hot Spot Collectibles & Toys to see if we should go there someday.

Do we actually cover the song from Wham? Or do we run off on tangents?

I'm betting on tangents.

The 'Buds are babblin' 'bout Christmas! They discuss a couple Christmas Classics, then dig into some Hallmark movies, It's A Wonderful Life, Kelly Clarkson! and other holiday-related stuff. It's just a chill couple hours with your 'Buds, what the hell else would you want for Christmas??
