We are individuals with dignity and worth possessing the freedom to discover meaning through the ups and downs of life.

Doing good in response to evil and suffering is the mark of a super ability, a miracle.

We shift to the second component of our University Life series, compassion.

Borrowing from Jordan Peterson's idea of perfecting one's house before criticizing the world, Dr. Fletcher looks at having compassion on oneself, making incremental changes for the better, and then how this influences the work of changing the world.
