Murray Hemi works as the Kaitiaki and General Manager of Environmental Leadership at Miraka, the diary processing company in Taupo.  Murray has whakapapa to Ngāti Kahungunu and Pāpāwai Marae, and says it was the rich history of his people that would it  spur on his passion for collecting and recording stories. With a work background as an executive manager at GNS science Murray understands how a companies value systems and culture makes for a good work life for staff, the environment and their product.   Justine Murray joins Hemi for a kōrero about the 'Miraka way' and visits the processing plant in Mokai.
