Matt Phillips has a modern approach to the treatment of runners. It doesn't involve tech or new treatment potocols - the main distinction in Matt's approach is an acknowledgement of the potential impact of a client's mental and wellbeing state, on their running performance and recovery from injury. With this in mind, Matt and I discuss the benefits of this approach to you, as well as your clients.
