A few weeks ago I posted a reel that blew up. It was titled “You are the reason your kid is a picky eater.” 


This post sparked a HUGE debate about what is right, what is wrong and who is really being held accountable for their children being picky eaters. Thalia Prum, a licensed Dietician who specialises in preventing and reversing picky eaters, responded to the reel with her own thoughts and from then I just KNEW I had to get her on the show.


On today’s episode, Thalia and I are chatting about everything picky eater - from how to identify if there is something bigger going on, whether it is okay to let your child go to bed without food if they refuse to eat dinner, and tips on changing your language to help encourage them to eat new foods.
