This is the FIRST episode of our new segment: The Pillars of Ultrarunning! In this segment, we are going to give you the tools you need to finish your first 100 mile race!

In this episode we go over the basics of building a training plan and how to build up to the mileage that you need to finish a 100 mile ultramarathon.
