Amanda is a crisis communication specialist and is the director and founder of crisis communication consultancy Amanda Coleman Communication Ltd. Based in the UK, she has more than 20 years of experience in emergency services communication and leading in a time of crisis. 

She is the author of Crisis Communication Strategies published in May 2020 by Kogan Page. In 2017, Amanda led the law enforcement communication response to the Manchester Arena terrorist attack. 

Amanda began her working life as a journalist. She is a Chartered PR practitioner as well as a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Public Relations and Communication Association. She is an advisor for the Resilience Advisors Network and a senior associate of the Centre for Crisis and Risk Communication.

Elisa Bubak is from Northern California born and raised. Upon graduating from St. Mary’s High School in Stockton, she followed her father’s footsteps to the University of the Pacific. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science with minors in Pre-Law & English. Two weeks after graduation, she accepted the Social Media and Content Coordinator position at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort. After five years with JRCR, she applied and began working for the Lodi District Chamber of Commerce as their Director of Communications. There, she advocated for small businesses, grew their social media presence, and helped run multiple events that brought recognition to the Lodi community. She started her career as the Public Information Officer in mid-2020 and has been dedicated to showcasing all the positive work that stems from the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office.

 
Elisa lives in Lodi with her husband, Lance, their son, and basset hound. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and camping, reading a good book, and drinking copious amounts of iced coffee.

Jeremy Warnick is the Director of Communications and Media Relations at the Cambridge, Mass. Police Department, where he develops, distributes, and manages information between the police department, the media, and the people who live, work, visit and study in Cambridge via the department’s website, social media channels, e-mail platforms, and marketing programs. He has more than 15 years of communications experience with the public sector and major corporate brands, including ESPN and LoJack Corporation. Andrew Doyle, Sr. is a public safety professional with over 25 years of comprehensive emergency experience. Currently, Andrew is an Emergency Boat Operator assigned to the Special Operations Command of the Baltimore City Fire Department. In plain terms, he operates the fireboats. He previously worked with the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management coordinating public information and social media. Andrew has served on the Baltimore City Incident Management Team and was deployed as part of a Maryland Incident Management Team, with other emergency management professionals from Maryland, to assist Monroe County, FL following Hurricane Irma in 2017.  He was one of the first state-side instructors selected to deliver the newly created FEMA-approved Social Media for Disasters course in 2012. He continues to deliver not only the FEMA basic social media course but also the advanced ones all across America. Andrew is blending the rapidly expanding world of social media with emergency management. His knowledge and training in fire, emergency medical services, special operations, and public information training make him uniquely qualified to do so. Additionally, Andrew is an independent consultant of Social Media for Government Agencies & Private Industry and an active blogger. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys cheering for Maryland Terps, Washington Caps, Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens. For fun, he plays lacrosse. Emily Allen Lucht is the Director of Communications at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.

Christine has over fifteen years of experience in crisis and emergency communication as well as shaping the digital policing narrative in the UK. Kevin Maccioli is the Director of Media Relations and Public Information for the Middlesex (Mass.) Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin has served as the lead Public Information Officer (PIO) for the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO) since joining the office in June 2012.  He previously worked for a decade as a newspaper reporter at the Malden Evening News and Medford Daily Mercury, where he covered a wide array of local and state issues.

As Director of Media Relations and Public Information, Kevin is responsible for overseeing the MSO’s media relations and social media efforts, supporting community affairs initiatives, and working closely with other PIOs and communications directors inside and outside Middlesex County.  He has participated in the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) Jail PIO Network, helped establish the Massachusetts PIO Network, and is currently a member of the PIO Working Group for the Major County Sheriffs of America (MCSA).

Kevin is a 2002 graduate of Colby-Sawyer College (New London, N.H.), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications Studies and was a member of the baseball team for two seasons as a player and two as a student assistant.
