Not a whole lot going on this week, so we brought in some guests to help us out! Joining us this week are Dani (@danistiel) and her visiting friend Ash (@ZetsubouNikki) to shoot the shit about visiting Canada, poutine and cowboys!

Paul has been playing a bunch of crappy games like NotGTAV, Girlfriend Rescue and Gender Bender DNA Twister Extreme while Hank has been enjoying more Rocket League, jumps into the new Heroes of the Storm content and does some Trackmania 2 Stadium demo!

Also, we dish about what the Calgary Stampede is REALLY all about…

The guys test out using QQ instead of Skype, so apologies for some technical issues. Paul finally sees Mad Max: Fury Road! He thought it was ok. They play the Korean MMO Blade & Soul and have a surprisingly good time. Homer gets back into Devil Survivor: Overclocked. More D&D happened, this time with a lot more role-playing. Spider-Man (SNES) is terrible and Homer has played it too much.

Hank has been spending most of his time this week playing video games such as Digimon: Digital Card Battle, Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Elite Dangerous. He and Paul also played Her Story and spend a bunch of time discussing that. Paul has been playing (and finishing) Batman Arkham Knight and finally gets around to seeing Jurassic World while Hank sees and writes a review for Terminator Genisys.

Also, Sailor Moon is still the best!

You arrive home after a year abroad. You expect your family to greet you, but the house is empty. Something's not right. Where is everyone? And what's happened here?

Gone home is an interactive exploration simulator. Interrogate every detail of a seemingly normal house to discover the story of the people who live there. Open any drawer and door. Pick up objects and examine them to discover clues. Uncover the events of one family's lives by investigating what they've left behind.

Hank was away for the weekend, but he found time to watch a bunch of movies including the original Mad Max trilogy, but Paul still hasn’t seen Fury Road (ruining his life). Retro Puppet Master is the missing link of bad movies and Die Hard is still great. They also talk about not being able to talk about Life is Strange – Episode 3: Chaos Theory. Wasps are terrible.

Hank sees Mad Max: Fury Road and loved it, but Paul hasn’t… yet? They talk about how no one can go to PAX anymore and then shift to general talk about conventions. Guns of Icarus was played. League of Legends was dabbled with but they still don’t really have a handle on it. Smite comes to XBone and GTA V mods are actually malware. Also D&D finally happened! And more Heroes of the Storm talk… obviously.

Paul and Homer spend an inordinate amount of time talking about MOBAs this week as Sins of a Dark Age officially comes out and Heroes of the Storm gets more play than before! When not meeting in the lanes, however, both have been playing Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Homer tries Splatoon.

Also, Sailor Moon is great and Tuxedo Mask ssssssssuuuuuucks

After a week off and both guys spending some time being sick they rise from the ashes for an E3 Blowout Podcast.

But first some catching up. Hank saw (and wrote up a review for…) Jurassic World. Also the Steam Sale happened so he played a ton of games: Elite Dangerous, Galactic Civilizations III, Verdun, Lethal League, Ultra Street Fighter IV, and Game of Thrones (Telltale). Both he and Paul played Duck Game and tried out the new Tavern Brawl in Hearthstone.

Paul revisited Final Fantasy VII and then tried out AKIBA’S TRIP: Undead & Undressed.

With that out of the way, the guys are joined by @T_Pomps and @FoxytheKid to break down E3.

The guys expect to have a short podcast, but fuck it up and just keep talking.

Paul’s computer hates Swery65 games so instead of trying D4 he’s just been playing a lot of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Hank’s not sure if he wants to play it which turns into a conversation about open world games. Also, they’re kinda over the hill with GTA V and Heroes of the Storm.

Instead, Paul’s been spending some quality time with his 3DS; playing Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures, SteamWorld Dig, and Demon King Box (Because boobs). He’s also the last person on the internet to play Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney..

Meanwhile, Hank is still chipping away at Devil Survivor: Overclocked, and is really into Massive Chalice.
