School children seem to be easy target for bandits/terrorists to prey on. With the surge in the abduction of school children In Nigeria, should parents live in fear as the safety of their children is not guaranteed by the leaders they voted into power and promised to irrevocably protect lives and prosperity?

Is the NASS right to have called on the executive to declare a state of emergency on security?
