The Platform Mix

The Platform episode twenty-nine features a mix from The HomeReckers! The duo consists of two guys, Austin and Adam and together they have become a highly booked DJ group and are one of Milwaukee’s favorites. They started out as childhood friends and began their DJ careers by throwing wild college house parties but quickly transitioned into the Milwaukee nightlife scene. Their ability to play anything and everything as open format DJ’s allowed them to now be booked all over Milwaukee from Brady St to Walkers Point and more throwing parties of all music genres. The Platform episode twenty-seven features a mix from Illicit! Miami based DJ with residencies at popular venues like The Wharf and clubs like Sway and Daer, Illicit has been doing his thing since the age of twelve. His constant practice is what helped perfect his blends and cuts, skills that have always been important to him. Since the start, Illicit has always wanted to stand out so his playlist consists of a wide variety of funky throwbacks, mixed with hip-hop, rock, latin and underground remixes... all of which he is always changing for the crowd. His hard work has allowed him to be featured as an official DJ for 2017’s Rolling Loud music festival. Follow him on his socials below!

The Platform episode twenty-five features Chicago's own Jerzy! I've had the pleasure of DJ'ing with Jerzy a couple times and he always brings a party, knowing what to play for the crowd and when to play it. It's no wonder why he's one of the most in demand open format DJ's in the country! One of SKAM Artists most popular DJ's on the roster, you mix his DJ'ing with his growth on the production side of things and he's built up a portfolio that definitely keeps him busy with bookings. Enjoy this mix and be sure to follow him on his socials to catch him next time he's in your city!

The Platform episode twenty-four features a mix from ClubKillers very own, Ango. Ango is well respected amongst the DJ community. His music has the support of many headlining DJ's. His music can be heard worldwide on mix shows such as Diplo’s Revolution and Pitbull’s Globalization as well as your local radio stations. Ango was the first ever MakeTheKut champion with ClubKillers which led to him being an official contributor with the record pool. He’s since played many venues across the US, Mexico, and the UK. His Asia tour was postponed due to COVID-19 but he looks forward to playing those festivals and club dates in the near future!

The Platform episode twenty-one features a guest mix from a DJ who has become a frequent flyer to Milwaukee over the last two years, Mixta B. He stands out in the Milwaukee night life scene as one of Lucid Light Lounge's resident DJ's! Mixta B’s accomplishments have enabled him to reside in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. It's because of his professionalism, DJ sets, and vast music selection that Mixta B has gained devoted fans that support his every move. The Platform episode twenty comes from a heavy hitter in the club scene, DJ BeatBreaker! One of my favorites to listen to whether it's his own exclusive edits and remixes or his mixes he puts out on his show Breaking Radio.
