An avid biohacker who grew up in the Netherlands, Johannes Egberts is a certified Wim Hof Method (WHM) instructor currently base in Manly, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Johannes is also a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, free diving instructor, yoga teacher, movement coach and Youth Mentor.
