Terry Sparkes and Brock Ridsdale are undoubtedly some of the strongest men walking this planet. Competing at the highest levels in the country both Terry and Brock are GPC Nationals Champions in their respective weight classes for 2019.

Behind the scenes these guys work in some of the most outrageous conditions and still show up each week to the gym to just dominate and always get the work done. They today highlight a lot of quality information for the younger lifters coming through.
