Henry Day is the owner of CAPO Powerlifting Federation in Aus, one of the oldest feds in our country with a strong history. Henry is also the owner of Muscle Pit Gym in Perth, Western Australia housing some of the strongest people in the country and the world.

It is an honour to have this legend sit down with us today and discuss a bit of history and where he sees the sport progressing too.
