Interlude II - Luz grabs new gadgets from Dr. Marbles, while Rainbow catches up with an old friend. Ava gets a new car-friend, and Markus gets a phonecall.

Interlude II - The hunters confer with the fireplace about their next mystery, and meet the newest addition to the group. Dr Marbles explains the process of Vibraloss, before lending a hand at creating new gadgets for the hunters.

Interlude II - Eli heads to Dr Marbles' lab for an unexpected experiment. Ava gets a new whip. Our newly introduced character, Detective Dawn, moves closer to where he needs to be. Luz and Rainbow visit the Broadstead markets, and we say goodbye to somebody.

Interlude II - Our hunters wrap up their second mystery and head back to the Hotel. Luz takes Rainbow to the fabled 'Laundromat', while Ava and Eli each get a note that steers their lives a little more off-road.

The hunters wrap up their second mystery by trying to cover up their mess. Eli and Rainbow do this by going to edit the security footage, while Luz and Ava try to tell the "real" story of what happened.

Eli does something gross. Luz does something awkward. Rainbow is dumbfounded. And, Ava does something smart. While investigating some artefacts in the museum, the hunters realise that somebody they know is more connected to this mystery than previously thought.

Luz uncovers a means to debunk the mysterious codes being left by Trench at each monster-summoning. Rainbow catches up with Eli and Ava, and together they all cop a beating in the final fight to end this mystery!

Ava & Eli each have a close-quarters run-in with Trench. Augustus isn't doing too well, and Rainbow & Ava hatch a plan to protect him.
