The Plebeians Fantasy Football Podcast

Only Ryan and I are in the studio before Thanksgiving! We give some football thanks and listen to the sound off before dashing dreams in the power rankings! After, we go through the matchups and discuss some of their playoff implications! CIAOOOO!!!

This week on the pod last year's champion, Stacey, joins us! She talks about last year's championship victory and goes in depth with her draft and waiver pickups. We play a game of Dynasties are Forever before diving into the power rankings, where maybe, just maybe, I am not at the 14th spot. We close out with the matchup picks and another exciting Sound Off clip! CIAOO!!

This week Richard, the player with the worst luck in the league, joins us on the pod! He goes into detail where he believes his season started to go all wrong and then plays a game where he must pick out the true bad luck scenario. Will he have better luck this time? Ryan does the power rankings where he continues to keep me at 14th for pod content but don't worry, there are some bigger drops and rises across the league! We go over the matchups before signing off! CIAOOOO!

Austin and Eric join us for the seasonal west coast pod. We talk about their strong seasons so far before diving into a relevant game of historical election knowledge (no RAV4 question this week, sorry). Ryan goes over the power rankings where Eric and Austin have a lot to be happy about. We then go over the matchups which are getting more competitive as the playoff hopes of many teams hang in the balance. CIAO!!

We have our resident statistician magician on this pod to discuss all the charting he has been creating to make sense of this season. Will it help him in our related game this week? After, Ryan breaks down the power rankings with Chris comparing his own. Then, we pick our matchups this week. CIAOOOO!

Peter joins on us on the pod to talk epic trades and my season's end. We play a game of 'Amusement Snark' before Ryan walks us through a power rankings to remember. We dive into the new Sound Off section with a question that has nothing to do with anything, but we answer anyway! CIAOO!

Nicole joins the pod and gives us some marketing tips about how best to continue growing our podcast. Ryan gives us the power ranking news we've been waiting for and we make the picks for next week's matchups! CIAO!

Sydney joins the pod with Ryan and I to discuss all the excitement from this week! We talk Sydney's trades and Ryan gives the league a STERN talking to about best trade practices. Ryan goes over the power rankings where there are some big drops and big rises. We close out the pod by predicting the winners of this week's matchup! CIAOOO!!

In what is surely our longest episode yet, Almog joins us to talk about Ryan's Power Rankings and how he feels they could be improved. Will Ryan listen to Almog's advice? We then play a game to see how good Almog is at reasoning about other ranking systems. Finally, we dive into the power rankings for the week where you can expect some serious movement for quite a few teams. CIAOOOO!

On this edition of the pod we host the first guest of the season, Melissa! We talk her team and whether or not she'll get back to where she was last year. We also play the first guest game of the season, and I think it answers some questions we have all been wondering.

Ryan discusses the fine fleece jacket he is trying to give me before our matchup this week while doing the power rankings. Then we close the whole thing out with the matchup preview. Guess which game is the game of the week? CIAO!
