In this episode, we tap into pop-culture with a discussion about the Japanese anime "My Hero Academia." Considering our past topics, this is a light topic but, still, we do link some "chains of reason" to it with a little discussion about the morality of a world where 80% of the people possess some kind of "quirk" or superpower.  Plus Ultra!

 We begin with the 1930’s production of the Golden Gate Bridge and how laborers were hired and fired. Then an introduction of Human Resources – the corporate Union and we finish with the workers entitlement era 2010 - present.

"Is climate change real?" is not the correct question. The correct question is, "What is the meaning and/or magnitude of climate change?" In his episode we discuss the morality of the climate change movement, how it is an anti-capitalist, anti-prosperity, de-growth movement based more on emotions than facts.

The horrors of big government and big tech is the subject of this episode. We discuss England's warning to their citizens about not mocking a suspects hairstyle; China's "social credit score" system and how big tech is stepping in for the government in America and creating a social credit system; a US court ruled a hand gun-like gesture is a crime; in the UK, a mom is arrested and jailed after calling someone the wrong gender; the US Federal government orders Apple and Google to turnover personal data of everyone who downloaded a gun scope app; in a Canadian court, a father is accused of "family violence" for opposing his child's testosterone therapy and, in Michigan, a grieving father is jailed for repeatedly criticizing the court system.

Are unions for good or are they detrimental? We discuss the utility of unions in long term care facilities;  How unions protect and reward  bad workers while, by doing so, punishing the good; Current UAW union leadership under investigation by the Feds; finally, we list six historic examples of violence perpetrated by the unions and condoned by union leadership.
