Being in a world of podcasting means you might be multi-passionate or have multiple things to do. You could be an entrepreneur, a parent, an artist, and a whole lot more. And sometimes, when you have a lot of things on your plate, focus can become a problem.
In her twenties, D'Ana Joi Spencer once struggled with choosing what she wanted to do. But Joi was a multi-passionate person, and several options were in front of her. Instead of choosing one thing to do, she chose herself. She decided that she wasn’t going to choose, she could be anything she wants to be. Since then, she has been on a mission to rewrite the narrative. Choosing one thing is not the only path to success, you can be multifaceted and multi-passionate and still be successful.
In this episode, Joi shares with us how to stay focused as a multi-passionate creative. How her three-part focus framework can help align your goals, get things done, and leave you accomplished at the same time. Definitely a method podcasters need, to stay focused and productive.

Goal setting for podcasters can be a challenge. I’ve been podcasting for almost two years now and I still go through this dilemma. It was difficult to make attainable goals and also wasn't ambitious enough. I don't want to set a goal that is too easy, but I also don't want to set a goal that I cannot reach.
In this episode, I believe it is important to set goals for your podcast at the beginning of 2022. Goals that are attainable and ambitious at the same time. Join me as I share with you techniques I’ve learned that can help you set your own goals.

One year ago, we launched a podcast and we also launched a rebrand. The Podcast Babes already existed before this, but with a completely different name and different branding. Since then, The Podcast Babes became an official brand name, and have taken the podcast a notch higher.
So here we are, celebrating our first year! Looking back on the past year, and also the past season, because this also marks the finale of season four of the podcast.
In this episode, I want to highlight that my podcast is all about podcasting. And I would also share with you what I've learned, and the mistakes that I made in my podcasting journey. I’m not perfect, and that is why I want to share this with you, so that you may know what works and learn from my mistakes.

As I always say, podcast monetization doesn’t solely rely on the number of downloads. In fact, there are a lot of ways to monetize your podcast, you just have to be creative. For Lindsay, she was able to use her podcast as an effective marketing tool.

In this episode, Lindsay shares with us how podcasting became a huge part of her journey from the get-go. She talks about podcasting as an effective marketing tool for business, and other non-traditional tips you can practice that can eventually lead to monetizing your podcast.
