Space Irwin AKA Bones Jackson returns for the first episode of 2021 covering Godzilla vs Biollante.  Often considered one of the best of the Hesei Series, this movie has a rather odd background from it's conception to the amount of stage hands it took to actually make the final fight scenes happen.  We take a deep dive into it's history as well as our own relationships with this movie.  We also cover the Godzilla Singular Point design reveal as well as some fig purchases and OIWF action.

This week we're getting away from Godzilla, that glory hog, to talk about a movie that sometimes goes under the radar or is overhyped and nobody will shut up about it depending on who you ask, Pacific Rim!  With a star studded cast with an acclaimed director at the helm, does this movie deserve the cult following it has or does it fail to meet lofty expectations of a big Hollywood blockbuster?  A lot to unpack here.  But we also talk about the big Godzilla vs Kong HBO Max news along with a discussion about the Hot Topic resin statue of our pal Goji.

We're back in the Hesei series and we're watching the final film of that series, 1995's very own Godzilla vs Destoroyah.  We take a deep dive into what we liked and didn't like about this send off, where GODZILLA DIES!!! The REAL Godzilla 2000 because it came out in 2000.  Nobody has ever been brave enough to say that before!  The Chris's review the movie, rank it, and talk about the over arching impact of Godzilla vs Megaguirus.  Opening the show this week we discuss technology being a jerk sometimes, the new Godzilla Singular Point netflix anime series, and the major happenings in the OIWF.  2 Inaugural Champions crowned.  First, the Trendmasters of the Universe lay claim to the OIWF Tag Titles and Bandai Kamata Kun with the upset win in our 38 kaiju over the top rope battle royal to become our first Mid-Atlantic Champion.  And as always we cap things off with some fig talk.
