I’m thrilled to have had Derek on this episode. As an ambassador for Smallville for nearly twenty years, he brings a unique love and insight into the show that’s truly inspiring.
Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story is at a beautiful documentary and on this episode I shared my thoughts and also talked about interviewing the director's and meeting Christopher Reeve's children - Will, Matt and Alexandra.
My special guest on this episode was Batman…technically.
Cosplayer Mo joined me and he was wearing one of his EIGHT Batman suits.
We had a great chat about his inspiring heath journey where he lost over 12 stone, his love for representing heroes, the importance of individuality and why Cosplay is meant for everyone.
We managed to fit in some Superman talk as well! Mo was a great guest and I can’t wait to speak top him again in the future.

On this special episode of The Podcast Of Steel I got to speak with the filmmakers of The Legend Of Kingdom Come, an all-new documentary film about the making of the legendary comic book Series by Mark Waid and Alex Ross.
I sat down with director Remsy Attasi and producer Sal Abbinanti who is also Ross’s agent and longtime friend.
We spoke all about the impact Kingdom Come has had on the world of comics and what we can expect to see in this documentary.
As soon as I heard about this documentary I was excited and after hearing Sal and Remsy talk so passionately about Alex’s work, this story and this documentary, I know this project is in very safe hands.

Captain Tempest is an amazing cosplayer from here in the UK and I got to speak with him all about his passion, costumes and the dedication he has to fitness and his fandoms.

It’s not every day I get to speak with a relative of Joe Shuster but on this episode I did!
The Siegel & Shuster Society is an all volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to commemorating and celebrating the creation of Superman in Cleveland, Ohio by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
On this episode I got to speak with three SUPER board members from the society. Valentino Zullo, Michael Sangiacomo and Leigh Goldie who is Joe Shuster’s cousin!
We had a wonderful chat about the importance of Jerry & Joe, Superman’s legacy and their goal of creating a Tribute Plaza in Cleveland.

I am back after an amazing American adventure!
On this episode I sat down with my travel buddy, Paul (DC World), to talk all about it.
We reminisced about food, parties, shopping and our experiences in L.A and San Diego Comic Con.
It has made us hungry for more travels and more crispy bacon.

Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster are two of the most important names to happen to comics. I feel that without them we would not have the heroes and stories that we have today.
Brad Ricca wrote an incredibly detailed book called “SUPER BOYS” which tells their story and on this episode I got to speak with Brad about his work, the book and the two heroes that created Superman.
