God reveals Himself beyond what we can learn of Him in creation. He reveals Himself more personally through the patriarchs, the Law, the prophets, Jesus Christ, and summarily through the Bible by His Spirit.

We seek to understand why teachings and teachers are important. But first, we explain the basic universal access to some truth about God. Do men and women naturally know God, or must they be taught to know Him? This is the first part of a message originally titled THE NEED FOR TEACHERS.
