I am so excited about today's interview. I have two fantastic ladies here to talk to you about Podcast VA Association.
If you are a current podcaster then you know the dilemma of wishing that you could double your time when it comes to your podcast. But it can be daunting to think about hiring somebody or training, someone. On the flip side of that if you are a podcaster you also know what a big investment podcasting can be.
My guests today, Jen and Kelly, are here to talk about how they've created a certification program for VAs and a directory for podcasters so that we can access it and find a VA. If you are thinking about hiring a VA for your show, or have been thinking about earning some extra income, and you love the podcasting industry today's show is for you!

Show Takeaways:
Today we are kicking off our summer series! I'm so excited about this series, and this episode is titled why you should have guests on your show and why you should be a guest on other shows, as well.
There's a reason why being a guest and having guests on your shows is so important and why I'm devoting a whole series this summer to it here on the podcast. So for the next couple weeks, that's what we're talking about. But just in case you need convining I'm addressing some of the reasons today so without further ado, let's jump into this episode.
Today I'm delighted to welcome Tara Cole to the show. Tara is a member of my PodcastHER Community and is joining me to chat about how she has continued to podcast even after a diagnosis of chronic fatigue.
It's a terrific conversation to follow up last week's episode about Burnout.

So this episode is going to be a little bit different. I'm diving into a little bit more personal topic matter, and although it still pertains to podcasting, it is not exactly tied to or correlated to podcasting.
I am hoping that this episode will shed some light on a topic running rampant in the content creator, online circles: burnout.
We're talking signs, symptons, prevention and more!

Show Takeaways:
If you've ever wondered: what is this community? What are they doing in the community? Is it for me? Would that be a good fit for me? Why would I want to join?
We're going to talk about all of that in today's episode.
Mentioned in this episode:
On today's episode of The Podcasting Party I am delighted to have with me, a friend, a fellow podcaster, and a member of the PodcastHER community, Michelle Diercks.
Michelle is the author of Promised Rest: Finding Peace in God's Presence and she is the host of the podcast, Peace in His Presence.
Michelle and I discussed:
If one of your goals of podcasting is to grow a platform, or create content in order to publish a book this episode is for YOU!
