Special Guest Mike Delucia talks about A.I., Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.
Mike De Lucia got his first computer in 1977 and was online by the early 1980s, gaming and using online reference tools for schoolwork. His teachers were always a bit mystified when he alone turned in his homework as typed printouts. In the 90s, Mike taught English and helped hundreds of adults learn to use computers and the World Wide Web before moving into business technology. There he’d remain for the rest of his professional career (to date) as a technician, project manager, consultant, helpdesk manager, product support manager, systems manager, and executive. In the early 2000s, Mike served as president of the Central New York PC Users Group which led to a role on the local Time-Warner Cable technology program Point N Click. In 2024, Mike is finishing his Le Moyne College Masters of Information Systems along with a Syracuse University Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Security Management, which takes up most of his free time. Mike and his wife Karen have four kids, three cats, and live in Central New York.
