Topic: Back to the Future Trilogy - We take a travel back through time to the Back to the Future trilogy. The first is a masterpiece at delivering the concept of time travel in a digestible manner while keeping the movie fun. The second is fun while lacking in character development and a consistent narrative. The third is not as fun but excels completely in finish the narrative and the growth of Marty and Doc. Also enough Mom issues to make Freud proud.

Topic: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood - We dive into another Tarantino film and left quite satisfied. Let's just say the you don't see the ending coming and it makes the movie worth while. While both the movie and some scenes are quite long, they are well shot and charming and done incredibly well. You leave the theater not quite sure what you saw but it's right on the tip of your tongue. Also feet. Lots of feet.

Topic: Aquaman - This film took us by surprise with some of the highest highs and lowest lows of all time, the standouts being both the amazing and bad cinematography and Amber Heard's stiff acting. All this talk about water leads us onto a dark tangent of weaponizing Superman's urine (amongst other things) and giving a new meaning to Peter Tingle. It must never be spoken of again.

Topic: Justice League - A movie with potential that falls flat due to inconsistencies arising from a rough smashing together of Snyder, Whedon, and WB. It humanizes characters, has humor (shock!), and a has narrative that has room to breathe but falls flat due to a poorly portrayed villain and a disastrous 3rd arc. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'd like to see another Snyder-Whedon joint effort.

Topic: Shazam! - DC breaks it's Snyder streak with this family safe film of family values of family members. It's about family. While the film lacks a bit of polish in certain areas, it's refreshingly lighthearted (while also dark) take on the super hero genre is a nice change of pace. It fills in all the things missing from more recent DC movies like characters that you can relate to.

Isaiah has come back to the States but for how long?! Why would someone polish a turd? Tune in next week to find out!

Topic: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - Can it beat Suicide Squad for the title of worse movie ever? Will we have to adjust our rating scale? The short answer is no, but the movie is still really bad. It has no character building that is relatable or has payoffs so it's hard to relate to any of the characters. It also has a long and unnecessary plot. That fight scene though...fantastic!

Isaiah has escaped Japan but not the party life. You don't choose the party life, it chooses you. Can Superman bleed if he eats enough Taco Bell? Tune in next week to find out!
