This is a talk I gave at the Underground a little over 5 years ago. The community was going through the 16 driving values that make up their Manifesto and I was invited to share on the week we covered 'The Poor.' This talk open with about 15 minutes of hearing from Mr. Bill, a brother and friend who I invited to help intro the days topic. Mr. Bill had been on the streets for some time before living at the drop in center as "security" and helping run our day to day operation.  This talk contains much of my story and my thinking about God's heart for the Poor and I figured I would share that with you here.
