The Poor Man Fantasy Football League Podcast

We couldn’t wait to draft, so why wait on the review. We thought this episode would have been a short one until we realized we wanted to discuss some draft etiquette, active & attentive managers, and challenges for commissioners around draft season. Really just some whiny gripes that we try to turn into some positives, lol. Then we discuss our draft. Enjoy @All

It’s super late and for that I apologize, but here it is in @all it’s post draft glory! Special guests @labrebis and @donvs05 joined us to help rank our Top 5/Bottom 5 NFL teams, which we will update all year long to track how our opinions changed. We also give our post draft reactions along with dumping some shade on a fellow leaguemate. Enjoy!

The NFL Draft is here @all and @ANDPRY and I just finished our series of looking at conference’s skill groups by checking in on the Wide Receiver situation in the NFC. Here’s out thoughts on who we like this year (at this moment at least). Plus some fun with what could happen in the Draft. So many possibilities. Enjoy!

It's all about the NFC Running Backs

April showers are said to bring May flowers, but up here in the Great White North it never works out that way. What does workout are the 2024 rookies! These guys are putting in work ahead of the draft. Now let’s see where we think some of these rookie QBs will land in the NFC @all.

Easter weekend has passed and the NFL draft is fast approaching. With the bulk of free agency done we thought we could turn our attention to the 2024 rookies, but then Rashee Rice had some car trouble followed by an early surprise trade of Stefon Diggs to the Texans. Those two teams have to be looking at rookie WR early in the draft, right? RIGHT? Oddly enough we’re talking AFC wide receivers this week @all.

The Competition Committee revealed some interesting changes for 2024. Not @all of them were well received. We liked some of the changes but, that new "No Hip-Drop Tackle” rule is a little baffling. Should make for some great in season discussion though. Happy Easter to those that celebrate. Are you Ham or Turkey people? Either way we plan on being stuffed this weekend. Now let’s talk about the AFC running backs.

Here’s how the Poor Man crew kills time in the off season @all. We talk about the situations of every position and how it might affect us going into the 2024 season. Starting with the Quarterbacks of the AFC. Plus some jibber jabber about the recent trades, contracts, rumors, and that new Netflix show ‘Receivers

What an opening to the 2024 NFL free agency. So much action and drama that you know someone got their feelings hurt, both on & off the field. The RB’s in particular drew some head turning headlines that I fully expect there to be some angry runners in revenge matchups next year. Here’s what @ANDPRY and I thought about how it affected us @all.

Hello to the 2024 fantasy football season! After a two week hiatus to recoup from the Super Bowl and plan for this new season we are back! Just in time to talk about the combine, some recent news, get ready for free agency, and start looking at these 2024 rookies. Here’s to football and the fantasy season, cheers @all.
