Today I offer you a very personal bit of my life experience on this Earth.

I grew up raised by my mom and my dad who had been in the military for years.

He was strict and I didn't feel loved by him like I was from my mom.

It was time to dig under the layers, to ask him questions that needed answers, to learn to know what shaped his behaviour towards me.

This is the condensed story of our conversation and how it ended.

I hope this will inspire you to take care of relationships in your life, to seek answers and have authentic conversations with the persons you are in conflict with, so that you can move forward in life, free of your emotional baggage.
