Logan studied industrial engineering at West Virginia University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering. He launched a decorative concrete business and won the West Virginia state collegiate business plan competition. He and his two business partners purchased Warwood Tool Company in 2015.

Their 192 acre property boasts 30 acres of perfectly manicured West Virginia grown grapes. Chad is 25 years old and was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia. After graduating from Culinary school, his twin brother and he started working for their grandpa at Daniel Vineyards as farm hands as well as an apprenticeship in wine-making. In the summer of 2017, Chad's grandpa, Dr C Richard Daniel Sr., decided to hand down the vineyard to Chad and his brother.

Since then their practice has continued to grow every year and has helped more than 5,000 people from 10 different states.
