Dr. Ismael Gallo is a former professional baseball player and current doctor of Physical Therapy.
After playing 5 seasons in the Los Angeles Dodgers minor league system and while launching his career in the PT field, he created “Baseball Flows,” a system that helps players create body awareness and ultimately move better.
His Baseball Flows app includes therapeutic exercises and instructional videos, carefully selected to address the specific needs of players.
In his own words, he is eliminating the complexities often associated with training systems with a click and train approach.
His goal is to empower players to take control of their training and embrace the joy of every moment spent training and on the field.
