Do you ever stop and take notice to the conversations going on in your head? We have upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are the same day to day! So the question is, are you having negative, self limiting thoughts, or are you having positive, abundant thoughts? Either way, the things you think about the most will ultimately appear in your life through people, scenarios, places, and things. So take a self assessment, is there anything in your life you don't like? It's there because of your thoughts. Is there somethings in your like that you love? It's there because of your thoughts. So I challenge you to take notice of your thoughts throughout the day and rewrite the script. Realize when you're triggered or how you respond to scenarios, and create a positive response instead. Become more grateful and positive for the life you have, and soon you will experience, people, places, situations and events that bring more joy and abundance. This is not hocus pocus, it is just so simple that some people don't believe it to be true.
Have you ever tried to improve yourself in you health, relationships, or career? And then when an opportunity presents itself, you sabotage the idea and remain exactly as you were before. You find yourself seeking help but saying no because it is too scary or feels too out of the norm to make that change. When that happens we will find any way possible to get out of that uncomfortable situation and go back to what is normal for you. This happens for people everyday! In order to go from being a 75 degree person in life to a 95 degree human, we must first become aware that we have sabotaged ourselves up to this point. After that we must take some time to reflect, whether through meditation, journaling, prayer, or therapy, and find out what really lights us up. Figure out what your huge goals are and use that as a north star to guide us past a little adversity. Then we must seek an atmosphere of people, books, podcasts, youtube videos, seminars etc. that all align with our greater purpose and have already achieved some level of greatness we are striving for. Only then will you be ready to say yes to these new opportunities and change the temperature of our life for good!!
