Donnell Spivey is the Immediate Past President of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAREB). He is the owner and broker of Exit Spivey Professional Realty with over twenty-nine years of experience in the surrounding Baltimore area. Reverend Charles Lamont Dorsey is the Executive Director of COR Community Development Corporation. He is the past immediate Youth and Young Adult Pastor at Christ Our Redeemer AME Church. His academic record includes a Master of Divinity from the Claremont School of Theology and a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California at Irvine. Reverend Dorsey is currently pursuing a Doctoral Candidate at Pepperdine University. His ministerial career has included tremendous favor from the Lord; Rev. Dorsey was blessed to sing the National Anthem for the President of the United States, Barack Obama. He has also been blessed to travel to the Holy Land (Israel), where he preached on the Sea of Galilee and baptized in the Jordan River. He released his first gospel album, “The Charles Dorsey Project,” and his first book entitled “Consecrate Yourself,” which can both be found online. Charles is happily married to Attorney Lakeshia M. Dorsey, who is invited around the country to discuss policies surrounding foster care and family law.

With over fifteen years of experience as a real estate broker, Vicky Silvano brings a high level of professionalism, personal attention, and customer service to the home buying and selling experience. Antoine Thompson was a Democratic New York State Senator who represented the state’s 60th Senate district, which includes parts of Buffalo and Tonawanda, the City of Niagara Falls and the Town of Grand Island. Thompson previously served for six years as the Masten District councilman in the Buffalo Common Council. Thompson has been a lifelong Buffalonian and held political and politically related professional positions in Buffalo before his service in elective politics.

Steve Peterson CCIM, is the Broker/Owner of Infinity Investments which is a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm based in Oakland, California. His focus and expertise is in apartment buildings, but he has experience in office and retail property as well, working as both a broker and principal. Steve has been in the commercial real estate business for 10 years both as an investor and a broker/agent. He started his company Infinity Investments in November 2009 amidst one of the worst real estate downturns in history; however the company has turned a profit each year.

He started in commercial real estate working for an investment firm raising capital towards the acquisition of large apartment buildings and small NNN leased retail property. Steve has raised over $10 Million dollars of equity capital for projects such as a 336-Unit Luxury apartment building in Houston, TX purchased for $24,000,000, a 248-Unit apartment building in Fort Worth, TX purchased for $5,000,000, a 4,000 square foot Lyon’s restaurant building in Turlock, CA purchased for $1 million, a $500,000 renovation of a tri-plex in San Jose, CA, a 24-unit building in Columbus, Ohio that required $500,000 towards the acquisition & rehab, a 58-Unit apartment complex being acquired for $1,050,000 in Columbus, Ohio, and the acquisition of a Promissory Note from JP Morgan Chase on a 5-Unit building in Oakland, Ca. Steve has also sold several large R.E.O. properties in Oakland such as an 81-Unit apartment complex from Chase, a 61-Unit apartment complex from Chase, a 31-Unit condominium project from Cathay Bank. Steve has closed several complex investment transactions such as eight different 1031 exchange transactions, and one 1033 exchange transaction which is when Eminent Domain is involved.
