So I decided to do a solo episode on why you might want to participate in a Brain BS Experiment yourself and then next week we will wrap up the RJ Experiment. In this episode I speak with musician Johnny Lloyd who I met on my way from Winnetka IL to Santa Barbara CA on my cross country adventure with my dogs celebrating turning 60. Our paths met in Santa Fe, NM and I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be when I walked into LaFonda Plaza that night  and heard him singing a beautiful song. This is the first episode of the RJ experiment where I work with RJ Sturgeon  (fellow north sider from Youngstown, OH) to show him how living consciously can improve his life and possibly even extend it despite a recent terminal diagnosis. 
I came across RJ on my cross country adventure with my dogs Ginger & Basil and I knew when I saw him in AZ that it was Divine Timing and that we were meant to work together in some capacity. What I did not know was that he would volunteer to come on the podcast to do this work in front of all of you...for all of you really!  RJ is demonstrating for all of you how doing things differently and being open to all the possibilities can be beneficial to you so thank him when you see him:) 
The RJ Experiment is the first of many where I will bring different people on the podcast who are new to my work and we explore how living consciously can improve their lives. I am doing this in an attempt to inspire more people to do this work.
