Thoughts are powerful and every thought that we have will trickle down and become some form of action. Think about all the times that you thought about working out but you also thought about not working out and the thing that you decided to do was the easiest one of the 2 because our brains naturally are not going to want to do the thing that our bodies are going to be willing to do. The key is to align our mind and body and make a decision based on a foundational thought process that works for us and that is our friend and that allows us to benefit and succeed and progress from those thoughts. But to make a decision we must first think properly. We must first feed our bodies the right mindset, the right things, listen to the right things, watch the right things, become the right things, be involved with the right people.
