I have a success formula known as the "3 D formula." The first D is Desire. You have to know what you want. When you feel that desire for what you truly want, it motivates you to want it more. The second D is Decision. Everything starts with a decision. You have to decide that you are going to go for it. The last D is vital to your success, it’s Determination.
