It's the time of the year to look back and count our blessings!!
How do we do this, without getting stuck on negative past experiences, taking things for granted or fear of future keeping us stuck! Where is this elusive attitude of gratitude ? Where do we start it from? How do we start it?
In this episode, I delve into a topic that is genuinely close to my heart - Gratitude, Appreciation, Thankfulness and it's impact on our wellbeing.
I start with some open reflective questions- one of which is about proactively seeking to live a happy, healthy and meaningful life
Exploring Gratitude at a deeper level -spanning past experiences, present events and future possibilities
Discussed the Impact on Mind and Body by taking a look at the science of gratitude.
A quick moment of a spontaneous guided gratitude moment - embracing and expressing gratitude in the moment, a useful section to revisit over and over again-this is my favourite part of the podcast (starts at 11.50 minutes)
