In this episode, we speak on gratitude and victim mentality. Comparison is a formula for depression and the thief of joy. Depression equals a lack of gratitude. Resisting the present moment equals a lack of gratitude. Learning to embrace the present moment is essential. Sometimes doing simple things, like writing down what you are grateful for, with intention and action is a powerful tool. We challenge you! Write down, "I am grateful for my life for my Life!" for 30 days straight! While you do this, implement a certain action, like going on 30 min walk with your dog or alone or doing 20 push-ups right after you write down the affirmation. Manifest your desires and reprogram your subconscious mind through the action of gratitude!
