We all love to eat! What we decide to put in our bodies most of the time will have the biggest effect on our well-being, so it is extremely important we carefully observe what is in the foods we decide to eat. Most foods in some supermarkets are filled with additives and chemicals that we should avoid for the most part if we decide to live a life of quality & quantity. Eating foods filled with life, like fruits, veggies, and herbs, give us the opportunities to thrive. Also, the benefits of beings our own doctor. As is shown, the more plants we take in, the better prepared we are for any sickness. It's all about prevention and preparation when it comes to our health & wellness! The most important thing is that we (EAT TO LIVE)!!
