Action Items. 

  1. What is the one habit that you either wish to change or implement?
  2. Follow the plan from earlier: Identify the routine, experiment with rewards, Isolate the cue, and have a plan.  Over the days, give yourself grace as it is guaranteed you’ll fail a few times while figuring things out.
  3. Celebrate.  You just finished the Power of Habit: Why we do what we do in life an business by Charles Duhigg.
