In God's grand purpose, man's faculty of imagination is supposed to play a key role in how he responds to God (i.e. optimizes the divine influence). However, man's imagination can be hijacked by evil, thereby rendering him a weak and powerless creature, who is at the mercy of whatever life throws at him. Consequently, God seeks to redeem man’s marred imagination and weakened mind (spirit).  

In this message, “The Power of Imagination”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter brings to the fore, the three levels of the Natural mind - Rational, Intermediate and Sensory levels. He explains what imagination is, and elaborates on two aspects of it in a spiritual man and in a carnal man (i.e. the Conception of Good or Evil and the Good or Evil Opinion respectively). He details how to submit one’s imagination and to this end, walk by faith. Finally, he explains how prayer can be used to maintain God-inspired imaginations.
