I am so excited to talk to you about (in my opinion) the ultimate self-care, self-healing practice there is. It's a practice that has truly changed the trajectory of my Being..... Meditation
But realizing the power and impact that meditation had on my life didn't come until months and months later.
Here's the thing... you don't eat a salad one day after a lifetime of eating fast food every day and all of a sudden lose 20 lbs, have more energy more of the time, and heal your gut health. You will most likely feel better in the moment, but you reap the bigger rewards later on and with consistency. This is the same concept for meditation. You don't meditate just once and all of a sudden reap the benefits of less stress, less anxiety, more patience, more calm, and so many others that will positively impact other areas of your life. You will likely feel better, less stressed, and more calm in the moment after just one meditation practice. But the real benefits from meditation come from all of the consistent, seemingly insignificant short practices over a period of time.
