I'm not talking delusional, out-of-touch-with-reality, toxic positivity style. I'm talking about using the magnifying glass wisely, and using it to look at the good stuff, too.

In this episode, I’m sharing some thoughts on dog poop, acceptance, detachment, love and playfulness and tips to bring lightness back into your life.

You know, it's common to set goals with a very specific idea of how and when they should be achieved. While having goals is important, it's also valuable to maintain an open mind. Life has a way of presenting us with unexpected opportunities, situations, and people that might differ from our initial expectations but still align perfectly with our purpose. So, embracing flexibility can lead to surprising and fulfilling outcomes.

For this first episode, I am introducing myself and my ongoing journey – how I ended up here and why I decided to create this podcast. This is my story in a nutshell – from unplugging the autopilot mode, thanks to more or less pleasant wake-up calls. It's about peeling back the layers of conditioning and limiting beliefs, and ultimately, learning to love yourself a bit more in the process. I hope it will resonate with you!
