Author Sondra Harmon Lives in Puerto Rico with her amazing husband Richard. Her book The Power of Ouch was loosely written based on a workshop she offers and was adapted during COVID into this wonderfully well-written book. Sondra provides simple exercises that can be applied right away to change your mindset and help you have a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships patterns.
