THE MARKETING PLAYBOOK | Pop-bys are a great way for real estate agents to show appreciation to their clients. Our marketing team recently held a pop-by contest for C21 agents who could earn points by delivering gifts. Staci sat down with the contest winners: Brandi Nelson, Taylor Hird, Erica Bushaw, and Janae Ohrt. They discuss how pop-bys can help agents deepen client relationships, how they come up with creative ideas for gifts and practical advice for planning and budgeting for pop-bys.

Brandi Nelson has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and is a top agent who works primarily in the Ames, IA area. She is a former winner of the Signature Award.

Taylor Hird has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020 and is a member of the Gina Swanson Real Estate Team. She primarily serves the Des Moines area and is a former Rookie of the Year winner.

Erica Bushaw has been a licensed real estate agent since 2023 and is a top producer who works primarily in the Oelwein area. 

Janae Ohrt has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017 and is a top producer in the Cedar Falls/Waverly areas.
