In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Alex Virelles as a guest on the show, Alex is the CEO of Exclusive Premier Realty in the Miami area.

Alex is not only a principal brokerage for his realty company, he is also owns an active real estate investment company.  Alex is also an author and wrote “The Art of Wholesaling Properties”.

Alex shares with us how important it is to have a very short memory in business and also how critical it has been to really focus on peoples strengths.  Traditional management will tell you to focus on helping people improve their weaknesses, however this is not their god given talent and typically they don’t enjoy doing those things.  That leads to unhappiness.

Alex also hits on how powerful it was for him to say the words “I trust you” to your team members and how that is when his business really started taking off.
